I&#39;ve done makeup on girls from a pretty pale white to even a deep dark African woman and the shadows have great payoff and staying power. I never once have to touch up my own makeup. I use a primer after I apply my foundation and concealer. I don&#39;t use a base. Maybe it&#39;s your foundation? Or the oils in your skin? But everytime I use these shadows my clients love them. PLUS - the website has been revamped. You can search by color, sheen, and product size. The prices have also been reduced. I value an honest option but it also seems to me that you really haven&#39;t done your homework and is not giving a fair judgment. Butthen again that is just MY own option.
